Ricotta and thyme honey

Serves 4

– 500 g (1 lb) of cow’s or sheep’s milk ricotta

– 4 heaped tablespoon of thyme honey

– cinnamon

Thoroughly combine the ricotta and honey using a blender or a whisk to form a creamy mixture.

 

Serve in a dessert bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste
